Refund Policy

Our policy on refund and cancellation of registration fees received for Youth Works Association (hereon referred to as YWA) on secure online payment gateway as under:

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online registration as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you register.

The association takes the utmost care to process registration as per the instructions given by the core-committee members. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous registration or if the member would like to cancel his registration, the association will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send the association a written request for a refund within 1 day of making the payment to the association’s official postal address or email address hi@youthworks.in along with payment receipt and payer’s details necessary for initiating refund.

The refund shall be paid within 5-7 days of the request, if found correct and in order by the core-committee.

In case a person feels that her debit/credit card or bank account is used to make registration by another person then please raise a request with the organisation within 3 days.

The decision of the core committee regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and bounding on the member/payer.

Data Retention

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

Other Disclosures

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
