Why YWA?
Youth Works Association works for the upliftment of the society and the youth. YWA brings youth from all walks of life be it professionals such as lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Doctors, etc or entrepreneurs. The societies purpose is to achieve an overall development in today’s youth.
YWA instills a will to grow economically and socially in individuals through its activities. The activities include:
1. Meet & Greet: Meeting like-minded individuals from all sectors to share their experience and learn from each other.
2. YWA Talks- organized talks from industry leaders, environmentalists, cultural leaders, CEOs etc. to share their stories of success with our members.
3. Seminars/Workshops- Personal & Professional workshops that will help members make a better impact in the society and upgrade themselves.
4. Factory Visits: organize field trips for our members to witness new technologies first hand.
YWA is backed by individuals coming from a variety of backgrounds having rich experience in the field of manufacturing, servicing, trading, hospitality, exporting and, many more.
YWA through its network in Kanpur offer a very personalized solution to the youth of Kanpur that face problems on a daily basis be it in the government administration, insufficient skills set and lack of experience. We aim to establish a sense of fraternity and camaraderie amongst our members because it is rightly said “All for one and one for all”.
