On August 4th, 2024, the Youth Works Association (YWA) hosted the second edition of Youth Talks event – Youth Talks 2.0 at Ganges Club, Kanpur, bringing together some of the city’s most influential industry leaders together on one stage. The event aimed to bridge the gap between the city’s youth and seasoned professionals, fostering a dialogue that could inspire and guide the next generation of leaders.

The gathering featured a dynamic line-up of speakers who shared their experiences, insights, and visions for the future. From entrepreneurs who have shaped Kanpur’s industrial landscape to seasoned professionals who are the driving change in various sectors, each speaker brought a unique perspective to the stage. Their stories of perseverance, innovation, and leadership resonated deeply with the young audience, offering invaluable lessons on navigating the challenges of the modern world. We had the following speakers:

Each speaker invoked a fire of entrepreneurship and struggle amongst the members and the audience. Their words were truly golden. Followed by a round of QnA’s where some of our members asked the speakers about various suggestions and solutions to problems they have faced in their lives. The event also provided an excellent platform for networking, allowing the attendees to connect directly with the leaders they admire. These interactions sparked meaningful conversations, new ideas, and potential collaborations that could contribute to the growth and development of both the individuals and the broader community.

Youth Talks 2.0 was not just an event; it was a movement toward empowering Kanpur’s youth to take charge of their future. By connecting them with the city’s industry pioneers, YWA continues to build a strong foundation for a brighter tomorrow, where the youth are equipped with the knowledge and inspiration to lead with confidence and vision.
